There’s a great deal of magic that happens while students are in the field on an Outward Bound California course. To get students there, we have a strong team of professionals carrying out the behind the scenes work.  

Our administrative staff are passionate about our mission and live our Core Values in the work they do to support our programs. Our goal is to employ staff who are representative of the populations with whom we work.  We are seeking a diverse group of people who are invested in the growth and development of individuals, groups and communities. Individuals who join our team should have a deep commitment to enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion in experiential education.
